やはりこれもヤドリバエ科の一種ですね。亜小盾板は見難いですが、翅の翅脈はニクバエ−ヤドリバエ類のような特徴をしています。消去法的に見ると、ヤドリバエ科には翅の黒いのが結構いることは知られていますが、翅が黒いニクバエ科は知られていないと思います。また触角も長いことからもヤドリバエ科に含まれるものと推測されます。

I think it is Hermya beelzebul.
Perhaps, it is common spesies.
Ok, thx. This species was not common in the Kinki region. I only observed two individuals in Nara prefecture on a single date.
I think the scientific name of this fly is very interesting. Because most of you might not be very familiar with the Western culture, it might be intersting for you to know that beelzebul (or more commonly beelzebub) is a name of a demon, which was depicted earlier as a flying two-horned devil. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beelzebub This drawing must have inspired the descriptor of this species. |
