Some dipterists from Europe think that this image shows a Psilidae fly, although they were not sure. I have no idea what this could be.

I think it is Platystomatidae species.

My picture is Lamprophthalma japonica Frey.

It is similar to your picture.(?)

Don't you see so?

Yes I think it is the same species (or very similar). I think you used more flash for the photo, that is why the colors are different, but the features of the fly are identical as far as I can see.
